Proper Heating Methods bridges the gap between Los Angeles’ vibrant culinary scene and the city’s fast-paced corporate world. After a 15-year career in the fashion industry, this native New Yorker pivoted to hospitality, earning a Culinary Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education before relocating to LA.

With over a decade of experience in corporate catering and full-service events, Proper Heating Methods was built to serve two purposes: connect top-tier tech, media, and design firms with the city's best local food businesses — and empower small to mid-sized culinary brands with expert sales representation and access to a curated corporate and social client base.
